A raíz de una consulta de Leo sobre Bratislava, surgió esto.Para los que estén interesados, como la página está en polaco, pego en un comentario la carta que me envió Tadeusz Glowinski (está en inglés), donde se pueden enterar de lo que hace. Si bien pide donaciones de dibujos y libros, el fin lo vale, ya que su biblioteca está abierta en forma gratuita a los chicos de su ciudad, en un país que me gustaría conocer y al que le tengo afecto por... porque sí nomás. Además, me dio mucha alegría encontrar, entre las imágenes que recibió, una de Nora Hilb.

Acá va la carta que recibí. A partir de esta surgieron nuevas cartas que me parecen valiosas. Siempre vale el intercambio, sobre todo de un lugar tan distante a otro.

If I have had written already to You earlier, I am very sorry.
All the books in my library I have from people "with large and good heart" on the whole World.
Just, in this time, I have over 5180 books, on 28 languages. The books are borrowed to the readers
without fee. I work in my library without payment, 8 hours per day, 7 days in the week!
I pay also for library's room from my pension! My library is my LIFE !!!
Besides the books, I have collection illustrations from illustrators of whole the World.
I have the pleasure in inform You, that on my web is already information
about my two very important (for me) affairs:

This information is necessary, I think, that everybody my donors to know, in what IDEA take part.
Very good is to know, in what "society" is place, too.
If You think, that my idea is good, You can to make richer my collection, yet.
For my Gallery each form of illustration is good, but better is "normal" than digital,
because is easier to make autograph or dedication on the works.
Now, in my Gallery is much works of Illustrators from whole the World:
- normal form - 152
- digital form - 204
I have also 120 books with autogaph or dedication, in my collection!
Moreover, I would like to say You, that from Januar 2006,
"The World's Gallery of Illustrators at GLOWINSKIS' LIBRARY" is:
"The Museum of World's Illustration at GLOWINSKIS' LIBRARY"
It will be very, very important matter!!!
